With upholstery cleaning it is even more important that the cleaner is fully trained as it carries more risks.

Some fibres are delicate and need to be checked for colour fastness. If pre-clean checks are not carried out colours can run and there is no way of rectifying this. Fabrics can be hard to identify and if the wrong solution is used they can be damaged.

I have been fully trained in upholstery cleaning and have never damaged a chair or sofa. If I have any doubts I turn down the job.

I can get some spectacular results. The two chairs in the picture were 2 of a set of 12 and all were as dirty as the one on the left. And, after I had finished, all were as clean as the one on the right. There were also 2 sofas that cleaned up just as well.
